Can our guest count change?Yes, final guest counts are required 15 days prior to the event.

Is there a price difference for children?No, children that will be seated on their own chair are counted as guests.

Do I need to get my own insurance?No, it is not a requirement but is recommended.

What is Service Charge?All of our services are subject to service charge and applicable taxes. Service charge is an industry standard that helps cover the costs of doing business – including rent, utilities, and maintenance. While your contract showed a breakdown of the event elements and their costs, the service charge helps cover the costs of the hours needed to prepare and plan the event. Gratuities (tips) are not included. They are voluntary and always appreciated.

Can I customize the package I’ve chosen?Yes, you may add and/or upgrade your package but are unable to downgrade.

Am I able to choose my vendors?Yes, while many venues have strict rules against permitting outside vendors, The Rose Court has an open vendor policy.

Can I use my own decorations?Yes, we provide the basics and you can feel free to bring in any decor to fit your style or theme. You may also hire your own decorators or work with one of the Rose Courts vendors.

How many hours in advance do I have access to the facility on my event day?You may access to the facility starting the first hour of your reservation and depending on your package. If you would like to drop things off a day earlier it may be able to be accommodated but must be coordinated with your event planner at least 15 days prior to your event and depends on availability.

Who will be the main contact the day of the event?You will be assigned a Venue Coordinator after signing your contract who will be your main contact for the venue. She will be able to help answer any questions your may have.

Do you set up any decorations we bring in?Your Day of Coordinator and our Banquet Staff will assist with setup the day of your event.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?No, The Rose Court has a strict no alcohol on the premises policy including from vendors.
